We intend to show that an ethical case can be made against abortion. The Constitution clearly supports a “right to life” agenda via three of its primary themes. They are; benefits of the doubt, all people are created equal and Hierarchy of Rights.
Abortion is the deliberate termination of the life of a prenatal. An abortion is not a miscarriage.

A large misconception is that life only begins when the child is born, but in reality life because when it is conceived.

Granted that is lower then some of the other years but that is still high.
