In this industry there are approximately 250- 260 employees. The industry also consists of 15 managers, to possess strong organizational and communicational skills; 30 supervisors, to supervise each department and seek the best work from each employee.

Future Vision encounters many changes and different preferences due to customer satisfaction and to help customers meet their needs.

2.0 Central Problems and Issues

? Job tasks are very repetitive and simplified creating a team of workers that lack motivation.

? Workers are very restricted in what tasks they can perform, therefore creating a less flexible environment for both the workers and the employers, as the workers will have no knowledge of how to perform other job tasks.

? Schedules are too restrictive for the broad ages and capabilities of the staff at Reynolds’s Commercial Door Company.

? The employees are not receiving any positive feedback or any explanation of why their task in particular is of any importance, hence not really creating any factors to motivate the employees to perform their tasks as they most likely have feel they have nothing to achieve.
