• Question 1:
Anita become a role model for her employees:
A person whose behaviour and attitude conforms with an organization that expects of a person in his or her position, and who has become an example to his or her employees is known as a role model.In our given case we can figure out that Anita gradually became a role model to her employees.This is how she became a role model :

• Following Democratic leadership:
Since Anita initiated her boutique shop she had been very friendly and in frequent interaction with all her employees.She always discussed with her employees about the job related issues which helped the employees to get the responsibility.

• Playing the information roles:
Anita always had a crystal clear picture about her group of employees,its strengths and weaknesses and its needs.Having that knowledge helped her to process information,flowing to and from the group and make decisions accordingly.

• Using employees personal skills:

Anita emphasized on employees personal skills and creativity which resulted the employees to feel their responsibility.

• Adapting motivational schemes:
Anita always maintained and initiated a few policies such as-appraisal,salary increment etc.All these schemes helped the employees to get motivated.
