Abstract
In this paper I am going to be discussing many different strategies for Wal-Mart to have a better relationship with their customers. There are many different strategies that I will be discussing; mainly it will be about how they have good customer relationship but also how they can improve on it. Also I will be discussing how they need to improve on their employee knowledge of what they are selling and how they can train them to help their customers in a better fashion

Wal-Mart has many ways that they are great in customer service, but there is always ways that you as a company can improve on. The way you handle complaints, placing orders, receiving feedback from customers, tracking orders and all around just dealing with customer problems. Wal-Mart became a multimillion dollar company practically overnight; one of the main reasons is good marketing. Major corporations try new ways to improve the way they handle customer problems that they face on a daily basis.

Handling customer complaints are one of Wal-Mart’s best techniques, they are one of the best companies that I know of when it comes to making sure that their customers are always happy. Usually when you have a complaint they make you feel like your happiness is their main priority.
