Awareness is the First Step When Learning How to Accelerate Learning & Change
Facilitators provide experiential opportunities for initial application of the model beginning with the concept of Awareness. The skill or competency of being aware of ones personal effectiveness in a moment-to-moment manner is learned and Bright Side has hundreds of exercises (both low and high risk) to help participants become more aware of how they behave in specific situations. Through a process of self-revelation, most participants begin to connect their behaviors to personal beliefs that initiate the behaviors they use most frequently, or use very little, if at all.
