Abstract
The Purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze Riordan Manufacturing human resource systems. I have been assigned the task of completing the service request for an improved HR system. Once the analysis of the service request is completed the finished human resource system will be able to integrate the existing variety of tools into a single integrated application. This will make the information system in human resource department more sophisticated and advanced.

Company Background:
As stated in Apollo Group (2003) Riordan Manufacturing is a worldwide plastics manufacturer employing 550 people with estimated yearly earnings of $46 million. The business is completely owned by Riordan Industries, a Fortune 1000 enterprise with revenues in excess of $1 billion. Its goods include plastic beverage containers created at its plant in Albany, Georgia, custom plastic parts produced at its plant in Pontiac, Michigan and plastic fan parts produced at its facilities in Hang Zhou, China.
