Business Strategy

The business strategy that I see that is shown in the article from Business Week is that, we should take all of our weaknesses and turn them into our strengths. The things that we should be ranking highly in the world, we are falling behind in. Other countries are posing as threats to the United States. The more those other countries rank higher than us, the harder it is going to be for the United States to get back on top to where it “should be”.
China and India has opened up new doors, but for the United States, it has made people fear about the jobs and the wages that are arising in those countries. This has made a few people and families that reside in the United States to globalize and move on to different parts of the world. Sure our country is “working” its way to make the economic problems better, but will that really happen any time soon, no one really has an answer to that. Both of the candidates for Presidency do not really help the problem that this country is having, they are only saying what they think would make this crisis stop and what we really want to hear. Then again, that is the same thing that President Bush said and did, and looks where that got us.
Even though every state in this country has their own little niches that they are known for; California for it Hollywood, New York for its abundant job selection and Wall Street, and Boston for the life of science, when one part of the country suffers, in one way or another, we all suffer together. Each state in the United States is competitive and that is their responsibility to address their own problems. “Only in America can young people raise millions, lose it all, and return to start another company” was a very good quote that was stated in this article.
