Executive summary
The objective of this report is to give an insight of the accounting & finance department in Dairy Plus Co., Ltd. It highlights the differences and the similarities between the practical world and academic world of both marketing and finance.
My internship experience with Dairy Plus Co., Ltd taught me several key values necessary for the success of a finance professional, including the sprit of teamwork, as well as a respect for the superiors and colleagues. Most important, I got a close look at the accounting workflow and procedures.
I was selected for the internship at Dairy Plus Co., Ltd (Dutch Mill Group) via my resume forwarded to them regarding the position.
I started working from15th November 2007 till 15th February 2008.The internship aimed at allowing a fresh candidate to get an insight view of how the accounting aids the work flow in company.
