Selection of sales force-
MR.thomas will have to recruit separate department for sales and work of those employee is to get or generate more and more revenue for organization. Personality traits that salespeople can possess are empathy, which helps them relate to customers, and drive, which motivates them to satisfy personal needs for accomplishment.
