Change Management Plan And Defense

Introduction
Chameleon, a color-changing lizard, offers so much for human beings to learn from. Traditionally, people believe Chameleons change their skin color to match their surrounding when danger is present, so enemies are not able to find them. Now scientists discover that chameleons change their color in response to light exposure and ambient temperature, as well as to express their mood (Wikimedia Foundation, Inc., 2008). This dual form of camouflage and expression helps the Chameleons adapt to its surroundings, and to survive. Organizations, like Chameleons, need to adapt to the changes in its internal and external environment by building a culture for sustaining change (University of Phoenix, 2007). This is the never-changing rule of survival of the fittest.
