CrysTel telecommunication, an independently owned company based out of Illinois has undergone rapid changes that could pervade throughout the organization. Specializing in telecommunication sales, voicemail and other maintenance of the telephone industry, CrysTel telecommunication has experienced changes in both their technological and administrative side of business. In today’s job market, change is essential to succeed in all types of industries or business segments; whether, minor or major change remains essential. Within today’s economy companies more than ever requires change as old products and services becomes useless and are replaced with more advanced products that can bring the best overall success to an organization. In order for an organization to examine the best changes necessary to achieve success and to obtain name recognition globally it is best that the organization analyze the entire picture before acting hastily, lest the plan could fail. In this paper, I will identify the role of the managers and leaders and what must be done for CrysTel telecommunication to succeed in the future.
