Personal Values
As a reflection of the Williams Institute Ethics awareness inventory self assessment, the scoring summary has divide into 4 prominent categories for the word “CORE” and separate for 2 ethical profile such is Most and Least. The Ethical profile with Most closely aligned with (O) OBLIGATION, and the Ethical profile of least aligned closely with (E) EQUITY. The result of the assessment is an analysis that provides a close description of my personal view of Ethic and not necessary means that it will fit exactly.
The word of each category represents a primary CORE value on ethical decision making. Although the summary profile explain how to analyze and understand the Blended Categories.

The way that this information can be useful is by using the core values. “If the second score is within one or two points of your higher score” both letters category needs to read to analyze the approach in Ethical decisions making.
When I read the results of (O) OBLIGATION base on my Ethical Perspective, I smile because this is perfect fit of my perception of Ethic. Some of the things that are listed on my Ethical perspective were that Ethical principles must be: a) appropriate under any circumstance,
