Your assignment is to develop the top "10 Questions" or "20 Questions" that either a Director, an Auditor or a Chief Financial Officer would ask about one of the selected topics. You can choose to do this assignment in pairs or solo. Pairs are required to identify 20 Questions while solo requires 10 Questions. Instructions, Topics and Marking Scheme are outlined below.
A. INSTRUCTIONS
FIRST - Select a Topic and Audience
- You must select one of the topics below.
- Next select who your report will be addressed to (The Director, The Auditor and The Chief Information Officer).
SECOND - Develop Your 10 or 20 Questions
- Document the reason why your audience requires the 10 or 20 Questions.
- Research the topic and gather articles, white papers or other texts to assist you in developing your 10 or 20 questions.
- Provide a detailed description of why each question is relevant to your audience.
THIRD - Develop an MS PowerPoint Slide Presentation
- Organize your 10 or 20 Questions in a Power Point Slide Presentation. This should include an introduction and conclusion slide.
LAST - Executive Summary
- Prepare a one page executive summary to the Power Point Slide Presentation summarizing your findings. This summary should also be addressed to the appropriate audience.
