Memos intent: The intent of this memo is to show the positive and negative effects that can be caused by our managers of InterClean, Inc. This memo specifically deals with the problems faced by manager in a time when rumors and a perceived threat to their and their subordinates job security is in question. This will provide proper guidance on how managers should conduct themselves and mannerisms that will help to address the concerns to their subordinate personnel.
Because a manager behavior can have such a great impact on the productivity of of there worker, these guidelines are implicitly for them. If you are reading this memo, but do not understand exactly what I am referring to, I will elaborate my thoughts. #1. Typically a manager is one of the first people and the last person that is seen at the start of the shift, and at the end. The managers demeanor sets the tone for the day. If the managers face looks angered in the morning the whole office will feel that he/she are unapproachable. This will not only effect moral but will imped on the pace of everything from the assembly line production, to a signature needed on a bill of sale receipt. For this reason it is imperative that you maintain your previous day to day routine, while being more empathetic then in the past..
In the coming weeks we will review our credit sales SOP to better align them with the future opportunity. We will take initiative in welcoming this merger because we believe in or leadership and we believe they will continue to represent greater opportunities for our institution going forward.
