Thank you for your interest in Costanoa! I wanted to get you your information out as soon as I could. We have excellent availability for groups of your size. I am not sure how familiar you are with the property, but we have many different types of accommodations here at Costanoa. I have attached “Costanoa Lodgings” which goes over all the different accommodations that we have should you decide to reserve a room block for some or all of your party we would extend a discount of 15% off of our normal rates. Also attached is "Costanoa front" which has pictures of the accommodations types. Let me know what would best suite the group, and we can block the rooms you need. All of our accommodations are based on double occupancy except for the family bungalows. We have the following available at these group-discounted rates for each our high season and low season:
High Season (5/1-10/31)
8 Lodge Premiums - $210, 5 Lodge Doubles $199, 1 Lodge Suite $250, 25 Lodge Kings $178, 6 Cabin Doubles $157, 6 Cabin Kings $157, 24 Cypress Bungalows $125, 19 Outer Pine Bungalows $100, 25 Pine Village Bungalows $100, and 8 Family Bungalows $148.
Low Season (11/1-4/30)
8 Lodge Premiums - $170, 5 Lodge Doubles $160, 1 Lodge Suite $230, 25 Lodge Kings $140, 6 Cabin Doubles $125, 6 Cabin Kings $125, 24 Cypress Bungalows $100, 19 Outer Pine Bungalows $80, 25 Pine Village Bungalows $80, and 8 Family Bungalows $120.
We also have two meeting spaces available, one is 1,000 square feet and the other is 1,050 square feet, both would be quite comfortable for your group's size.
