When starting the new business the first thing to do would be to create the whole idea on which the business will be based. To do so the person or people involved in business will have to make an outline that evaluates all aspects of the economic viability of business venture including a description and analysis of business prospects. This will be company's strategy, in other words the pattern of decisions and actions that would be taken to achieve its aims and objectives.

Introduction

Introductory is something very important when starting the new business plan. The cover page, executive summary and the table of contents will all be the ones taken into consideration at the creation of the first impression made on readers. In many cases, the introductory elements, especially the executive summary, will determine whether readers have read the rest of the plan at all. Besides, the table of contents indicates how well the entire plan had been organized. For this reason, all of the introductory elements must be written in the best version, both in presentation and substance.

The first act to take into consideration is the creation of the perfect plan where everything will be explained, so that the reader would not encounter with any problems at understanding it.
A perfectly structured plan that is unprofessionally put together will send a strong message to readers about professionalism and standards of people standing behind it. The cover page must have all pertinent information, executive summary must convince readers that your entire business plan is worth looking at, and the table of contents must make it easy for readers to navigate through your plan.
