Abstract
Organizational culture is hypothesised as playing a critical role in the development of
multiple ethical climates. The question examined in this report is what are the critical
organizational cultural factors found in a not for profit organization that account for
differences in ethical climates. This study is an attempt to framework the model of
culture and compared leadership styles and cultural values of employees in National
Innovation Foundation. This is an attempt to gain preliminary results of he organization
surveys that probe relationships between organizational culture ethical climate and
leadership. Organizational managers and staff have been surveyed to collect both
quantitative and qualitative perceptions. OCTAPACE profiling and leadership profiling
instruments have been used to gather data and interpretation. A general observation and
conclusion has also been attempted.
