Dispute Summary Paper from Term Papers Lab. Approximate W

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has established an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Office.  The ADR office has CDC employees who have received the required training to be a facilitator for the disputes and the services are free.  CDC’s ADR office handles many disputes such as discrimination, performance, personality conflicts, and disagreement over practices are just a few.  The ADR office provides solutions to head off disruptive workplace conflicts to investigating equal employment opportunities complaints; the office also offers an unbiased, neutral resource for all employees, and finally ADR guarantees confidentiality.
Due to the disputes handled by ADR confidentiality policies are a must; therefore, a lot of the disputes are not published.  However, I work in the administrative office I have been assigned to retrieve requested information in reference to certain discrimination cases.  The most recent ADR fact finding investigation I was ask to provide supporting documentation was a discrimination case.  The person filing the complaint felt he was discriminated against because of his race.  He felt he was the best qualified for a position, but was over looked because of his race.  My part of the case was to retrieve all documentation pertaining to several positions which he was not selected.  ADR provided me a list of the positions which I was to retrieve information; all the positions had the same type of information on file in our office the announcement of the position, the certificate that listed all qualified applicants ranked alphabetically, interview questions, responses, and notes from all members of the interview panel, and the recommended selection to fill the position.
