Environmental Issues

Environmental issues which include of many elements such as climate change, global warming, fossil fuels, energy conservation, efficient energy use, air pollution, noise pollution, thermal pollution and others; are strongly influenced by human activities. Unfortunately, people nowadays seem like making too much of uses of the natural resources but they do not really compensate to the environment. Climate in a given area can be notably changed compare to its standard level weather which include temperature, rainfall and wind pattern. Those changes of the atmosphere can be caused by actively movement on the Earth, external forces like sunlight power or most importantly is human actions. In association with the climate change, Global warming is the raise in the standard temperature of the Earth’s surface which started from middle of the 20th century and is predicted continuously increasing. Global warming is also caused by external forces and mainly human activities (Wikipedia, Global warming, 2008). Another environmental issue that is very important to life is fossil fuels. Fossil fuels are formed from the remains of deceased plants or animals which known by primarily coal, fuel oil or gas. This natural resource takes a very long time to be structured, the time can be counted by million of years. Moreover, it’s non renewable and the new born fuel is always slower that the amount being used by human. The burning of fossil fuels by humans is the largest source that contributes to global warming (Sciencedaily, 2008). By simplicity, energy conservation means using energy efficiently or by decreasing the quantity/consumption of energy used. Financial capital, environmental value, national and personal security, and human comfort may be resulted from energy conservation. To ind ...
