Introduction
Essential data analysis is based around manipulation of numerical and categorical data. Using Minitab we are able to transfer data into illustrative representations. The main aim for this report is being able to distinguish between different variables and compare. I will be using data set that obtains 474 participants whom took part in salaries survey, which includes of their salaries, ethnicities, education levels.
 Methodology
Using Minitab 15, user friendly software, we are able to analyse data. Excel was also used in order to change MALES in to number 1 and FEMALES into number 2, this was done in order to make it easier to analyse the data.
