Abstract

The paper begins with a definition of ethics.  It then takes a close look at ethics, in relation to the value/ethical system in and organization.  It further discusses how holiness, justice, and vocation concerns are an issue in the work place and explains how these concerns are handles.  In addition, this paper discusses morals and the dilemmas that accompany them on the job. In particular, it advises of ways that these moral dilemmas are resolved. This paper further convey information regarding workplace deception and ambiguity and tells what measures the writer used to resolve tension due to concealed information on the job.  Next, it provides the writer’s views on affirmative action and environmental philosophy.  Finally, the critical thinking of holiness/justice/ that this writer has being exposed to through Hill’s framework is compared to that of before.












Ethics have been around as long as humans have roamed the earth, interacting with each other in appropriate or inappropriate manners and deciding which is the best way to lead life while around others (Pierce and Newstrom, 2005).  Ethics is defined as a strong set of principals of right conduct or a system of moral values (Hughes, Ginnett, & Curphy, 2006). Weather it is in their personal lives or on the job, a person’s values, morals, and ethics should remain the same, there is no separation between the two (Hill, 1997).
