Justify the Value’s Position in the List. Include any challenges to employing these values consistently when making personal and organizational decisions.
Honesty    My parents taught me the meaning of honesty. Honesty is the foundation in achieving life endeavors. It also plays a role in my personal and professional life. My son told me his friends said there wasn’t a Santa Claus. I told him yes explaining the reason while he was crying. Although honesty can be challenging at times, it needs to be used on a daily basis.
    Honesty is the first on my list. Honesty became a learned value that contributes to self worth and personal growth proceeded through life. Honesty should be practiced for growth to occur.
Integrity    Integrity is the teaching and examples of my parents. My father detailed cars for a neighborhood car lot. His work load became extremely overwhelming, so he hired his friend son. Eventually his work was shabby and not completing his task on time.  
     Integrity is second on my list as a personal and business value all possess. Integrity demonstrates reliability and responsiveness. Shabby work demonstrates irresponsiveness and lack of interest.
Respect    My parents always taught me to respect people regardless of there race or religion. I remember a friend of mine said that she refused to address elders as sir or ma’am, remind ...
