Ethics in the Workplace    
Ethical controversies nowadays are mostly focused around the differences found between an individual’s values versus a company’s values as an organization.  Most organizations have general values that can be used as a standard for any industry.  However, the people who work in those organizations, the employees, are the ones that have to abide by those ethical standards and reconcile their own values and ethical views versus those in the workplace.   
The Global Workplace
With the growing trend in globalization of corporations, employees have to adjust themselves continually to a new working environment, specifically those who are constantly traveling and relocating to another country.  Manufacturing firms have facilities all over the world, call centers are opening all over the globe, and customer service is available to the consumer 24 hrs a day, seven days a week thanks to the time differences between countries.   The challenge for corporations is not only to establish their services in different countries, but it is to also adapt themselves with that country’s ethical standards.   As cultures in countries differ, so is the need for changing ethical values to facilitate those countries.  
Individual Views
