Evaluation of Traits in Program Excellence
Trait 1 - Attendance
    Good attendance is essential for learning a subject matter; it helps one to gain first hand knowledge or insight in class or at work, on topics discussed or assignments presented. Attendance on the job is important because it helps you complete your work assignments in the designated time frame. A co-worker will have to complete your task(s) for you, which will lead to poor job relation between you and your co-workers.
Your instructor or your employer will lose time, effort and or money having to repeat or having to pay someone else to do your job for you.  Absenteeism in class will have a bearing upon your comprehension, grades and skills learned.
Good attendance in class leads to good attendance on the job.
Having a good attendance record has helped me enhanced my job performance and skills ? which led to a promotion.

Trait 2 ? Character
    To me a person having good character is one who has self-respect, who is honest, trustworthy, dependable, humble, and likeable. Someone of good character tries to make a difference in the lives of others and is willing to help others no matter what the situation. Having good character benefits the employees and the employers. The student or employee gains self-worthiness and confidence, which may lead to job promotion(s) and financial benefits.
A person of bad character is someone who is willing to do any and everything to achieve their goals no matter who they hurt or destroy in the process.
