the following assignment and I'd like to know if you can do that

The title of the assignment is the following:
You are required to prepare (a 2000 word report) an evaluation of financial performance
of an organization as reported to outside parties (ie only publicly available or
accessible information), which may, but need not, be your oun organization.
The evaluation should include, inter alia:
a) details of who are the primary recipients or users of this
information, together with details of what use or relevance this
information may be to those users. You sould also explain how this
information is made publicly available. (20%)
b) Limitations of publicly available financial information used to
assist outside parties in their decision making. (20%)
c) an evaluation of the financial performance of the organisation,
together with supporting documentation, information, along with
ratio and other calculations. The information used uaust be only
publicly available information. In particular, where the
information available to you is limited, and therefore restricts
your evaluation, you should focus upon those limitations, and
specify what additional information would assist you with your
analysis. (50%)
d) Appropriate presenation and style, including bibliography,
supporting references and calculations. (10%)
