Global Communication is a telecommunication company facing a series of dilemmas. The company growth and profitability is declining due to the economic state of the telecommunication industry and competition. The company has to make major strategic decisions otherwise Global Communication will not survive in the telecommunications industry.  The company has decided to implement an aggressive strategy that will decrease cost; increase growth; improve profitability; globalize the company and weaken the competition. The strategy appears to be a win-win situation with all stakeholders but internal conflict arises between the company and the employees. Resolution between all stakeholders is critical to the future success of Global Communication. The issues and opportunities facing Global Communication will be discussed in this paper.

Global Communication (GC) is company struggling to survive in the telecommunication industry. Global Communication stock value and profitability is on the decline.
