Introduction
Gene One is a revolutionary Biotech company that has been forced to expand a rapid rate to meet its overall goals of becoming a leader in the biotech industry and to be on the cutting edge of technology with its new innovations.  The rapid growth rate took the company from a small $2 million start-up company to more than a $400 million giant in annual sales.  
The leadership team at Gene One has been the driving force for its success.  Now it must take the next step and transform itself into an accredited publicly traded company, and it must prove to the industry and investors that it can.  Some of the main issues and concepts brought about by the scenarios are Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), employee retention, and changes in leadership.
