All organizations aim for high performance employees to achieve goals and earn higher profits. Companies also know that demographic characteristics and cultural diversity impacts groups’ behavior. One wonders how high performance groups become high-performance teams. High performance is what every company desires. High performance group is every person in the group performing at their best. A group is a collection of two or more people who work with one another regularly to achieve common goals (Schermerhon, Hunt, R.N. Osborn, 2005). For high performance group to be effective, members is communally dependent on one another to achieve common goals. Members must interact on a regular basis with one another to pursue those goals over an extended period of time.
