Human Factor With Respect To Life Insurance Sector

ABSTRACT: Availability of resources and managing the resources has always been an incessant task. Handling the Human factor has been a crucial issue and because of which many companies are facing an assortment of problems. An attempt has been made to study the problems that are faced in the Insurance sector in relation to the Human Factor. The key areas of the Insurance sector has been identified and analyzed with respect to the current scenario in Nagpur City only.

Introduction:
Almost with every dawn we come across with an issue of natural disaster in any part of the world or may be a terrorist activity or a major accident. Numerous lives are lost and people become homeless. With this scenario of the countries over the world, Insurance has become the need of the hour. India has been facing lot of tremors in the recent past and the rise in the terrorist activities has astonished the people. The lives of the people are at stake. The Insurance provides protection against financial losses resulting from a variety of perils. We all are aware of the term Insurance but unaware of the actuality of the working. The employees or the Human Factor of the Insurance Sector plays an eminent role in the working.
