Blackboard Writing Assignment
    There is a lot of useful material on blackboard but the layout of everything is easy to understand and everything is easy to find. To be honest I went through everything on the left hand side before class to see what I could expect from the class and it gave me a pretty good idea of what would be going on. Over all, the site was well organized. This class in particular has more material posted on blackboard than an online class I took did. The material on the site looks to be helpful; if I lose a paper given to me I can just find it again on blackboard. Some of the dates on things should be updated though.  It is a good idea to have all the documents in all formats so that anyone on any computer can open them. I myself have Vista and while I have never had a problem with compatibility I know others have had major issues with material online for classes. The only question that having all of this online raises in my mind is; is everything we see on blackboard going to be handed out in class or do we have to print it off ourselves to use it?
    The section that I chose to view was the Psychological Perspective. There were a bunch of survey type quizzes to take, a small article on Sexual scripting and a video on body image. There are some very controversial issues in the Psychological Perspective page that when or if discusses in class may get quite hostile. Some of the surveys were down right out there with very personal questions. I was not comfortable answering and even though it is a college course I was not expecting so much personal sexual content in this course.  Overall blackboard and its material are interesting for this course, well laid out and well though through.
