The rebuilding of Kava is now on its way and there are many factors that will effect which way we choose to go in the rebuilding of Kava. As we know there are many factors that will affect decision implementation, such as ethics, time, and even communication. These factors must be taken seriously because if not they could really end up hurting your decision implementation. Timing is crucial in everything we do. Kava rebuilding process must be swift, but not rushed. These people have suffered for so long with the terrible tragedies that they have endured; we must be able to meet the needs of the people so that they may start to move on with their lives. As you know we did not have a time table set for the rebuilding of Kava. The stakeholders decided it would be best not to because we did not want to rush this process. However, we did want to see progress, letting them know what we are just as serious about the rebuilding process, as much as the people are.
Also, with there are still other circumstances that are going on out there that we have no control over; such as the terrorism, and the natural disasters. These both have a huge influence on the timing of our mission. So it is more important that we take these circumstances in consideration while rebuilding this small country.
