We were advised to use techniques that were taught in this course. Our group had to decide on which company our project would be based upon.

We concluded that "McDonald's" would be a good choice as a case study. Moreover, it would be a suitable company, since a member of our group had worked for the company, and others have been customers of the company, hence covering both views             (internal and external).

We contacted the H/R Department of McDonalds Hellas, and after gathering a list of questions to extend our knowledge on the internal part of the company, we interviewed them. The owners were more than helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to complete our project.

From then on, we organised and split the material gathered and set forth to complete this project.
