EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The report is prepared about the major activities conducted by the Human Resources Department at Lakson Tobacco.
The covered activities are Planning and Selection, Training and Development and Compensation.
The report helps in understanding how the HR department motivates and trains the personals of the firm in meeting the goals and challenges faced by the company.
