Functions of Management
The work environment would be nothing without management. On a deeper level, jobs may not even exist without it. All businesses need a leader, someone to guide the vision of the company. Having held a management position in the Menards Company, I am familiar with this role. Management is defined as the process of working with people and resources to accomplish organizational goals. This process is most effectively carried out by implementing four key functions: Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling.

This planning helps ensure that Menards daily sales exceed overhead costs including payroll.
