   A. Corporate Structure

   1 a. The decision-making authority is decentralized to many units.

      b. The corporation is organized in a combination of basis functions, projects and geography.

   2. The structure is clearly understood by everyone in the corporation.

   3. The present structure is consistent with current corporate objectives, strategies, policies, and programs as well with the firm’s international operations.

   4. The ways that this structure compares to those of similar corporation is that it
   consists of three main groups the director, officers, and shareholders. The corporate layout helps to define all the areas of responsibility within the company. The accounting department is understood to handle all financial matters, such as paying the bills of the company and also issuing invoices for services rendered. The sales department works to ensure there are efforts to market the goods and services produced to the consumer market. Provisions for executive, managerial, and administrative matters are also normally accounted for in a corporate structure, so that everyone in the organization knows where a given issue should be addressed.

   B. Corporate Culture

   1. There is a well-defined culture composed of shared beliefs, expectations and values.
   2. The culture is consistent with the current objectives, strategies, policies and programs.
