Introduction.
       I experienced management in practice during my work experience and noticed that management involves a lot of skills. All these skills include what the business is setting out to achieve (i.e. their aims and objectives), how they persuade others to help achieve them, and checking to make sure these objective are reached. Management is also about leading the organisation and giving direction to employees.
      This course work will report a detailed report on Orpington's college and the role of management with in the college. Firstly I will identify the aims and objectives
     I will translate these aims and objectives in to SMART objectives.
Every business has a way of monitoring their performances which will decide on future planning. I will see to the way in which Orpington College set their goals. I will discuss their organisational chart, leadership styles, business culture, the motivational aspect of the business, and the role of their managers in planning   
    As part of management, I will include what makes a good manager, I met people who are difficult to work with and those that are easy, this will explain the attributed skills that a good manager have and importance of communication. Effective communication of staff will get a good result for them.
    Management knowledge will be included. One of the management's roles is having good knowledge about the business and providing advice about what is best for future.
    I will conclude all the information's I got and explain how successful the management in Orpington College is. ...
