1985 BTU was involved in building the Cengkareng International Airport.
Rahmat Ismail as a GM of Bukaka was involved in Terminal 1, Bukaka was deliver special vehicles and equipment such as airfighting, ladde tructs, oil and gas, water jet cleaners.

April 29, 1986 , Rahmat visit to Japan, and get opportunity to supply passenger Boarding bridge from Mudiardo (as Minster of Public Works).

Is a extendable mechanical bridge that connects the airport terminal and an aircraft access door.
For develeop this need some standard, such as safety and aviation standards.
