I.    Introduction
A.    Reason for undertaking the research
There are several types of motivation exist: personnel motivation, individual employee motivation, group motivation, etc. For each of this type there are several approaches used to motivate people. Many people dream about money and think that the more they get means the better business they run. However, any good manager or even the lower staff manager can be motivated by money. From the general definition of money, money has the function of means of payment, means of storage and other functions. By money we can buy the necessary for our every day life clothes, food etc. We can purchase commodities and expensive luxuries for money. Therefore, any person should be motivated to earn more money. To majority of people money gives independence, therefore, money is the good way to motivate people to work. There are very few people, who work for the idea, but not for money.
The subject of Leadership and Motivation consider money in terms of payment for work the employee is doing and as the mean of motivation. It is important to understand the difference in ideologies of the group of people, because what is true for one person, could be different for other. Therefore, this research is limited in consideration, because it considers the small group of managers. However, the main reason for doing the work is to understand how the views on money motivation are different among managers of the different levels and of different business orientation.
B.    Research question
