The word “leadership” embodies everything a leader does that affect’s his or her organization's mission, strategic goals, and objectives. Effective leaders are those that inspire their teams to implement company objectives through various leadership tactical exercises and everyday practices. This report will discuss several key leadership concepts using varied scenarios depicted from key organizations. The report will show how each organization responded to its unique situation and will describe each company’s results. It will further describe the outcome of company responses to its given situations, and presents an analysis synthesizing key findings. The report will compare and contrast the practices of each company as it relates to key course-related concepts, which are, team and leadership roles, organizational culture and ethical leadership, influence tactics and organizational politics, and finally, leadership style by example.
