Problem Solution: InterClean Corporation
InterClean Corporation needs to successfully implement plans and strategies which will
lead to a successful transition of EnviroTech, and to become an industry leader as well as a true global resource.
This paper will look at the many facets of InterCleans’ opportunities to reach its ultimate goals. This will include but not be limited to the situational background, problem definition, end-state goals, alternatives, optimal solutions, and a plan of implementation of InterCleans’ plans. The first subject that we will look at is the situational background of the InterClean Corporation.
Situation Background
InterClean Corporation is a major player in the $8 billion dollar institutional and industrial cleaning and sanitation industry which is currently evolving. The clients in this industry are no longer interested in just products, but solutions as well as services. These new demands will be met by InterCleans’ multi-functional teams, high-quality products and high-quality services. InterClean has recently acquired EnviroTech. EnviroTech was one of InterCleans’ major domestic competitors in the corporate market. With this new acquisition InterClean will have a smoother road to travel due to EnviroTechs’ service expertise and current clientele. Now that we have reviewed the situation and background let us move on to the issue, challenges and opportunities that InterClean faces.
