As a account specialist my daily activities include budgeting, account management, developing billability goals, determining project profit based on past experience with similar scopes of work and budgets. As a project manager my daily activities include budgeting, account management, developing billability goals, determining project profit based on past experience with similar scopes of work and budgets. As a construction manager my activities include projecting necessity for change orders and forecasting problem projects, construction oversight and operations management. My goal at my company is to foster business development. I plan to do so by obtaining an MBA and from that MBA program I feel that the most valuable outcomes I would like to walk away with are the skills to continuously improve business processes, to think globally, to create sustainable competitive advantage, and to initiate and direct change. The managerial strengths that I feel that I bring to the program are communication, the skills of being able to develop the potential of others, motivate performance, and to do more with less. I would like to take my current strengths and build on them as well.
