i. Customers are proactive giving them rooms for improvement.

i. The ability of the customer to change preference at any given time.
ii. Policies governing McDonald's existence and Public Policies.
4. Analysis:
? Given with the strengths and opportunities that McDonald's has, still this is not enough to commensurate and cater the unique and specific needs, wants and demands of the public from McDonald's with regards to food preparations.
