Staffing management of McDonald’s company is a complex and a crucial issue to the human resource management. Based on literature review, this assignment will investigate the staffing management in the McDonald’s. Firstly, this assignment will summarize the conceptual introduction, general challenges, culture distance, and new alternatives for the company. Secondly, the author will discuss how to retain subsidiary staff retention in the whole Human Resource Management of McDonald’s. Thirdly, in order to analyze McDonald’s Company problems successfully this assignment will do a careful literature review so as to imply theories from the present literature to the problems faced by McDonald’s in its organizational behaviour.
