Decisions in Paradise Scenario 3
Providing vaccinations, disaster training and hiring local for labor and support, are three ways to establish a greater presence in Kava. To accomplish these goals, it will take motivation and cooperation throughout our company and specifically our office in Kava. In the following paragraphs I have described what is needed to implement these decisions.
Decision Implementation
To implement the decisions to provide vaccinations, disaster training and hiring for labor and support will require time, effort and money. We will need to use all of our resources, people, supplies and connections. To start these processes will be difficult at first, but once they are in place, they will be easy to maintain and to build on to create new ideas for new ways of helping our community in Kava.
Resources and Actions
Our business has limited resources. Hiring new employees from Kava, providing locals with vaccinations and disaster training is important, but costly. To provide these services to Kava we will need to utilize our government and military resources. After receiving permission from Kava’s local government we can start helping the community by contacting our government and our nearest military facility.
