Monotheistic Religion

Christianity, Judaism, and Islam all came from Israel. Christianity is based on the 10 Commandments. Judaism is also based on the 10 Commandments but they don’t believe that Jesus is a Prophet. Islam follows a prophet Muhammad. Israel is the starting place for 3 main religions of the world.
    Christianity follows the 10 commandments and believes Jesus is the Son of God. When Jesus was born he grew up normal, and started to preach around the age of 30. In A.D 284, Christians were being prosecuted for the religion. Although Israel was the main starting point, many main events happened in Bethlehem, which is the birthplace of Jesus. Believing in Christianity means that you understand that God is the creator of all, He is a person that he is all powerful and all knowing and He is completely moral and good. These are many key points in this religion. Christianity is taught threw the bible mostly. Others include Catechisms by Martin Luther and Hymnals throughout the churches.
    Islam follows Muhammad which is the prophet, and Allah is the main god of this religion. They do not have a picture of this god because they don’t think that someone has the right to say what this god looks like as far as looks, race, sex and characteristics. An important date in Islamic history is 610 A.D when Muhammad receives his first revelation and begins preaching. Through 610-733 Islamic religions spread throughout Southern Europe, North Africa, Asia and India. This Empire is mainly around the Arabian Peninsula.  The modern countries of today are Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Yemen, Oman and Qatar.
