The assignment is broken into three parts. Part one deals with the motivating staff to work in the UK and the production of Coca-Cola new product Kiwi Water. Part two describe the leadership issues that should be addressed . Part three address any team working issues.
The marketing strategy was carried out on Coca-Cola as they desired to enter a new product in a new market. Coca-Cola decided that the UK was ideal market to capitalise market share with their new product Kiwi water.
