The internet has changed the landscape contours of the real estate market in a way which has never been before. The online approach of buying and selling a house  is gaining more and more acceptance from the individual buyers and sellers, seeing this trend in the real estate market all  the major real estate agents have also started marketing there properties online. The online marketing of properties has its pros and cons .The purpose of this article is to enlighten the cons of an online selling in context of buying a house.

The buying and selling of houses online phenomenon came into beginning of mid 90’s.since then it has radically transforms the business of properties buying and selling. As I said earlier that a seller has to go though a lot of limitation while he sells his house online, one of the main disadvantage that a seller goes through is he has to entertain lot of enquiry that he gets online which are generally from non prospective buyers and there are lots of financial securities which a seller is concerns while he puts up his properties on sale on the internet.
When a seller is putting up his property on internet for sale he has to maintain at what price he is ready to sell his property where in if a seller is his property directly he does not generally fixes a price and he can quote a price by seeing the need of the buyer and end up getting a better price.
