The Courtyard Toronto Airport is owned and managed by Atlific Hotels & Resorts. The company is an affiliate of Ocean Properties Ltd., one of the largest privately held management companies in North America. The hotel has 8 floors, 167 rooms and 1 suite. It also has 2 meeting rooms, a total of 1,660 sq meters of space. Their target market is particularly business travelers, but they also cater to leisure and group travelers as well. The hotel was built in the year 2000 and is currently 7 years old. The hotel is Ten to fifteen minutes from the hotel is the Woodbine Racetrack and Woodbine Centre which attracts a sizable target market each year.
The complimentary services, the hotel has to offer are coffee in the lobby, coffee/tea in the guest room, phone calls with a toll free number. They also have a small dining room open for breakfast. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and a whirl pool, where guest can get refreshed and enjoy the natural light. The rooms offer air conditioning, an alarm clock, coffee maker/tea service, a crib, electrical adapters, Individual climate control, Iron and ironing board, luxury bedding - crisp linens, thicker mattresses, custom comforters, fluffier pillows, foam and feather/down pillows, pull-out sofa bed, rollaway bed.
Over all the outside of the hotel is nothing but excellent. The public areas in the courtyard got an A for excellent. The guest room corridors were nothing but average so we give it a B. The guest room was very neat and clean and was in very good condition. We couldn’t find anything wrong with this wondering guest washroom....
