Business Solution International, the management style is assertive-aggressive. Managers for the different departments are in charge of the every day decisions and organization of their area of the business. For the most part, the management style of BSI is dull, allowing department managers to be in control of their own areas. However, out of the ordinary or special needs orders will usually pass through Mai Chu as a final say before they are approved to go through. The different departments of BSI have vastly different needs and most decisions for the departments are left up to those that are in thorough familiarity of its needs and capabilities.

BSI’s performance is sometimes overwhelming when the amount of outside production and AV work being done is taking into consideration with the amount of people doing the jobs. The  production is not a career but a lifestyle and when looking at the schedule of the company this rings very true. Select employees are constantly coming and going from the company in what gives the company a beehive type feel. Since decision makers are constantly absent from the businesses, the company has formed a collegial organization, which has worked very well. The employees are self-disciplined and are aware of the quality of work they must create. Since the employee’s doing the work are in close contact with the clients that it is for, there is a sense of responsibility to them and many times a close relationship will form. This gives a sense of ownership to the work being done and reflects on the company well as it is very effective in facilitating quality work from the employees.
