    Organizational Behavior is a study of the human behavior in the

Workplace; this consists of both individual and group behaviors.

Learning and understanding the concept of Organizational Behavior helps understand how oneself and others can best interact at work. Through this process an organization can adapt to change while developing new tools to meet the goals of the team and achieve success.

    Organizational Culture is the beliefs of the individuals within the workgroup, these beliefs and values form together to mold the ability of the group to work together for the same goal. If a group has a strong backbone the team will typically communicate well and achieve high performance and think outside the box and have the freedom and faith of the leaders to accomplish tasks.

    Diversity is the acceptance of a person or group, without judgment into personal life or beliefs. Diversity in the workplace includes Race, Religion, Age, Gender, and Sexual Orientation. A workgroup that is free from prejudice treats all members the same and gives everyone on the team the equal opportunity.
